Monthly Online Intermediate practice group for those who have completed the Intuitive Heart Centered Communication 6-week training and wish to consistently continue to hone your intuitive communication skills. In this monthly training, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of this form of positive communication. You will further develop your intuitive skills and practice openly expressing yourself in a compassionate, heart-centered way in an environment of fellow students. This monthly practice group will deepen your understanding and ability to communicate in a safe and supported way, which expands our ability to connect more deeply with your inner world, understand your past experiences in a more deeply profound way, and in a supported way express yourself while, releasing any emotion caused by past experiences. This practice group is meant to lead you to a deeper understanding of your own soul's motivations and desires as well as helping you create a safe space for others to express themselves. This balanced way of communicating is very healing and brings people together by allowing each person to fully express themselves and be understood on many levels. This form of self expression creates a soul to soul connection that raises the vibration of your interactions with others, through heart-felt dialogue. This form of communicating can be applied to any relationship you have both personally and professionally and help you navigate and evolve in your interactions. Further develop your intuitive skills and learn how to express yourself in a more compassionate, heart-centered way that fosters a deep communication, understanding and validation of the yourself and others, all while helping to prevent and dissolve conflict during self-expression. How we relate to others has a profound impact on our mental, emotional and physical health and the ease with which we traverse our relationships. How we relate to ourselves is even more crucial. Continue to explore how to tune in more fully to your own and someone else's emotional experiences, while tracking how the context of an experience leads to emotional awareness and how emotional awareness leads to developing deeper perspective on our experiences. This is how we more clearly and profoundly understand the context of our emotions, which can lead to releasing old patterns that don't serve us anymore.
